How we use your consent to contact you, and how to withdraw it.

What you consent to when you submit a form

  • METAMISSION and the participating centre you select may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry or appointment request
  • Your contact details and preferences are processed as described in our Privacy Policy

Marketing

We will not send you promotional messages unless you give separate, specific consent. You can opt out at any time.

Online (video) consultations

Online consultations follow India’s Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. When you request or join an online consultation, you consent to receiving care by video or phone. The doctor may advise an in-person visit if it is needed for your safety.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting metamissionu@gmail.com. We will stop contacting you about your request, except where we are required to keep records by law.
