1. Who we are

This website (metamission.co.in) is operated by DiaPlus Clinic Private Limited (CIN U85100KA2015PTC080293) (“we”, “us”). For privacy or legal requests, contact metamissionu@gmail.com. For personal data submitted through this website, we act as the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

2. What we collect

• Contact details: name, mobile number and (optionally) email address
• Appointment preferences: programme of interest, preferred centre, preferred doctor, consultation mode and preferred time
• Any short message you choose to send
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected for security and to keep the site working

We do not ask for medical reports, diagnoses, test results or detailed medical history through this website. Please do not send them through website forms; your doctor will review clinical information during your consultation.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or appointment request
• To share your request with the participating centre you select, so that it can contact you
• To keep records of requests and consents
• To protect the website from misuse

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing messages unless you give separate consent.

4. Consent and withdrawal

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (section 9). Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

5. Sharing

Your request is shared with the participating centre you select. Partner centres in Salem, Tiruchirappalli, Hyderabad and Kalaburagi are independent clinics; once they receive your request and provide care, they are responsible for the records they hold about you. We also use service providers (processors) for website hosting, security and email delivery, under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. Third-party services

The website uses Google Fonts and Google Maps (on centre pages) and links to WhatsApp. These services may collect technical data under their own privacy policies.

7. Security and retention

We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We keep enquiry and appointment-request data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted.

8. Your rights

• Obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
• Request correction, completion, updating or erasure of your personal data
• Withdraw consent
• Have your grievance addressed, and nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults. Requests for people under 18 must be made by a parent or lawful guardian, who gives consent on their behalf.
